Schrick Cams For A 4age, Any Good?

Hi guys have been offered the following cams for a 4age:

"pair of fast road/rally cams for 1.6 MR2 or corolla,these cams are in mint condition, with no wear or marking on them, spec is :- 296deg. duration 8.6mm lift, 3.3mm lift at TDC"

My question is are these any good for the AE82 Engine?, will this effect idling alot?, what are they worth?, and is it worth while doing this mod to an otherwise standard engine, or would these cams be better suited to the late spec AE92 engine. What power increse is expected with these?
