Fancy some strut braces for the t sport - front and rear... i assume theres no difference between ph1 and ph2 fitments on the t sport??

I'd like something lightweight, shiny and not overly expensive. Anyone have pics or recommendations??

Thanks

Ruth

The fitments should be the same.

The only good/tried & tested rear top one is the OMP, its cheap, but red and steel (can always be painted)

As for the front top there's a lot to choose from, the ones i've heard of:

OMP as the rear is heavy and red

Cusco expensive

Trd very expensive

Dyna-sport/Ebay ones - cheap and aluminium

Think RossP has some aswell can't remember the brand though?(Woody has one)

There's also an underbrace to consider (ENVY)

Fronts

The dynasports one is fine - mines is anodised blue ...

The OMPs are fine in what they do - but get really hot and hold their heat. Not sure how much the Cuscos are - not cheap I wouldnt have thought tho. The TRD is a nice bit of kit too.

Dunno what the Megan Racing one performs like but it shiney!

The rears - I have the OMP on the back and it makes a HUGE diff and is cheap as chip at £35 delivered (www.strutbracer.co.uk). There are several others available, some of which require minor drilling etc.

Also a worthwhile addition is an Envy front underbrace - think mine was 45 or thereabouts. It tightens up just that little bit more.

I have the TRD front - and awaiting on a OMP rear

COOL you've got a front TRD. I want one, any chance you could post a pic? I would like to see it

How much are they, £180 and are they worth it?

Def recomend the OMP rear makes a difference and only costs £35

The TRD is the only one Ive seen that has a pair of bolts that go into the bulkhead itself. From a rigidity point of view it'd seem the best?

does the rear strut make a huge diff then? i've got an OMP 1 on the front, and i noticed it defintely stiffened the handling up by a huge margin, just thinkin wud the rear make much change?

I've got the Dyna Sport front brace fitted and I'd advise anyone else thinking about buying it to steer clear coz it's pants!! It's lightweight and doesn't really do anything except sit there. I've noticed no differences after fitting so people save your money for a better one!!
