Atari also did the 1040ST as well as the 520ST.

These superceded the Atari 400 and 800 .

You could also mention the Acorn Electron, Video Genie and the commodore VIC20

Sinclair ZX80 ( the start of the whole thing )

Sinclair ZX81

Amstrad CPC464 is correct by the way.

Sony Master system

Sony megadrive

Vic 20 was the predecessor to the Commodore 64

Video Genie was similar to the BBC/Acorn lot ( can't remember the model number )

There was also the Tandy TRS80 at about the same time.

the sony ones were early models ! - and were really Sega machines.......but it's late and I'm tired !

Rich ( logged in as Ash for some bizarre reason )

( used to repair them all for a living ! )

edit..................AND don't forget the schoolroom staple..........the Commodore PET !

If we're going down the Acorn route...

A310

A510

A3000

A3010

A3020

A5000

A7000

RiscPC (brilliant machine!)

Acorn 'Janet' (I think thats what it was called. Only a few were ever made shortly after Acorn went bust and the consortium bought them. Then I seem to remember the consortium went bust and they ceased production).

I've also got some really random console in my folk's loft. Its a black box, with 2 controllers that look more like dimmer light switches on boxes, and it plays a VERY early version of Tennis! Next time I'm over there, I'll see if I can track it down for the make and model.

Oh, and don't forget the barcode battler!

You can't foget the Amstrad CPC6128. Like the 464 but with disk drive instead of tape and 128k RAM!

I have one with lots of games etc gathering dust in the loft....... ;)
