Car Update...... Not 56k Friendly...

Saying as I have been crap on the progress updates of my car, I thought I'd show some pics..... A fair bit has changed since it was last driven!!!

Some pics :D

New front Speakers, 6.5" infinity kappas, they go with sound deadened doors, big 4 channel pioneer am, rear 4" infinity refernce and middle 3.5" infinity reference, smart cables troughout.

UK spec MA-70 calipers all round, all rebuild with oem toyota seals and painted black. to go with fensport kevlar rear disks, EBC redstuff ceramic pads at the front, and 3G/Brembo 20 groove disks all round.

Subtle smoke tints... the are hardly tinted at all, tthey just look it in the dark garage....

new kyb gas shocks at the back (fronts to follow) G-max -30mm lowering springs, all cleaned and undercoated.... when I cleaned the dust etc off, it was all spotless, no rust whatsoever :) Goodrodge stainless braided lines fitted and new toyota anti squeal shims and springs all round.

New W58 cleaned and ready to fit. Ms factory short shifter, lightened and balanced flywheel, new oem clutch kit (bad idea maybe?????)

Blitz Bag turbos installed ;)

New radiator, TRD rad cap, and some more shiney bits :D

A shiney engine... internals all balanced, every single gasket and seal replaced. To be run by a Mines ECU, linked up to an Apexi SAFC-II and AVC-R.

Also not in the pics are the Trust Front mount intercooler and hardpipe kit.. HKS Bov, induction kit, suprasport decat pipe and HKS hyper exhaust. I have also got new ims.. (Mkiv supra 17s.. perfect narrow body fit!) Front and rear strut braces, Full UK shadow grey leather interior...

The pics don't show up the shine that well.... but I will give it another once over with the polish now its assembled (greesy finger prints everywhere!)

Off to the powder coaters now to get some bits chrome powder coated :D

Looks good so far , infinty kappas are crackin , the 6x9's in my civic and they did the job well :D

Getting there... unfortunately I had a "mishap" and destroyed the throttle body :o the throttlew bodies on these are year and tramsmision specific, and there are not many late spec manual TTs about.... (not many as in I could count them all on the fingers of both hands lol)

Luckily thanks to the good people at Toymods I have managed to source one from australia

Its veeeeeeeeeeeery close now :D

I just can't leave them alone..... When I am done tinkering with this one, Its time to V8ify Leeky's car...after that I am pulling Milly's car apart too... AS long as they go back together as well as or better then they were before.. its all good :P

Wooohoooooo, new throttle body on its way from Oz!

That leave me with only transmission fluid to buy before its back together... (in theory)
