Ok, I've read the previous topics, I'm still confused. When I buy my new Yaris I want to fit a HID kit. Would something like this work with my car? Ebay Link

If so, is installation easy? and how do I go about making the Fog lights brighter to match? Thanks for your help.

Yeah I would also like to find out more about fitting an HID kit as ive looked in to them before. Thats a great price the only ones ive seen on the internet go for £200-£300.

As far as I know as long as its a H4 kit it will work on the yaris

H4 HI/LOW (MECHANICAL MOVING hi/low both HID)

I would also get between 4K-6K bulbs as "Please note: most customers have a common misconception that the higher the K (Kelvin temperature) the brighter it gets, but in fact, it is the opposite. The K rating is inversely proportional to the light output, therefore the lower the K the brighter the light output."

As far as installation goes think its about 1/2 - 1hr. Hard thing is making all the cables look tidy and hiding the transformers.

U can get HID fog lights but waste of money as you shouldn't drive with fogs on unless its foggy or really heavy rain. Plus if you have HID headlights the road will be extremely well lit anyway.

Don't know if they would fit the bumper properly

Hope that helps sure someone will correct mean if I am wrong with what ive said. Someone should make a detailed post of purchasing HID's and the fitting process step-by-step
