Vitz Rs Turbo

hi guys just after some info on the Vitz Turbos,

are these only available in Japan?

do they only come in a 5 door?

what size engines do they come in?

what is their Vin numbers?

what year did they start from?

1. They are available in Finland & Switzerland as well

2. No they come in 3 door as well

3. Only come in 1.5

4. Not a clue

5. Started as far as I know from when the phase 2 started so in 2002 sometime

Unless you can find one like this 1.3 Turbo Vitz RS

Apparently before a certain age there were 1.3 and 1.3 Turbo Vitz RS's but this is just what I have read on the internet don't know if thats 100% correct

And as far as I know, they only came in a 1.5. Living here where Japanese imports rule, i'm sure i'd have heard or have seen one by now, but not heard or seen anything of a 1.3

EDIT: Oh and you'll also note that the 1.3 has a bolt on HKS Turbo ;)

Ach well still a 1.3 Turbo all the same

But why the **** is it a 1.3 Vitz RS did they make them but with a higher tuned engine then go on to make 1.5 Vitz Rs's

Anyway still looks cool and would be fun to drive.

Yeh they made 1.3 RS's my mate owns one. Basically it's a 1.3 with the RS trim (bumpers & interior)

is your Turbo a Jap Import?

if so can you check your Chassis plate in your Engine bay to see the Number

if memory serves me correct then it should be something like this

NCP10 xxxxxxx or so

Mines just a bog standard SCP10 mate (1.0l).

as far as i know the turbo has the same chassis code as a normal 1.5 which is NCP13 i think
