went to toyota in salford today to ask about the prob with my car :

went to service desk as to speak to head person , told him prob he said errrrm errrmmm errm , can i see the car took him to it he looked at at and went sorry no idea what it can be thank you and off he went

That's awful! Go to another dealer or get back there and threaten to camp out until they get someone who will take your problem seriously. :yes:

go back and ask for his details and say you want them to report him to Toyota UK, i think his attitude will change (not that it should have to)
