Tte Roof Spoiler Fitting Instruction?

Got a (sort of) brand new TTE spoiler today, which contains:

Spoiler

A tube of Glue

2 plastic bit

1 screw with hex head on it

1 screw with no screw head (i.e. just a correct size thread of metal)

another plastic bit that had thread on it...

But no fitting instruction... but I was told that the stuff I got above is the fitting kit (is that right?)

Could anyone scan their TTE fitting instructions and post them here for me? PM will also do. Cheers!

I looked at the instruction just now, but I realise there is a difference with the TTE spoiler I got.

In the instruction, the two screw holes in the spoiler line up with the boot lid, and that's where 2 holes should be drilled.

But on my TTE spoiler, the two screw holes doesn't line up with the boot lid... it just misses it by 1cm (both sides), which I think it's designed for an adaptor that clamp onto the bood lid?

Are there 2 different versions of TTE Roof Spoiler for the Yaris?

Hope some Yaris peeps come along to help you shortly. It occurs to me you might have the new TTE spoiler for the new Yaris i.e. the one which the second installation manual covers ?

I don't know though as I'm just lurking so better wait for real advice . . . .

Thanks for your help anyway Steve! The instructions you showed me at least gave me some idea how I should fit mine!

I am sure my TTE Roof Spoiler is for the old shape Yaris, as it surely fits!

I see that the Yaris in the instruction you showed me is a P2... perhaps the one I got is a P1 TTE Roof Spoiler?? (I have a P1 BTW)

Just looked on all the instructions on the link... and I found that the fitting kit I got is for the MK2 Yaris Standard Spoiler!!!

My TTE spoiler is for P1 Yaris, so it's correct... it's the fitting kit that is incorrect.
