Gear Box Problem..... Any1 Else?

Ok well driving my car for a year now, just came across this problem.

Say going in to turns or when in 2nd gear, it comes out and can hear this grinding noise. :ffs:

But it only happens when in 2nd, no other gears.

yes i kno i need to see a mechanic, but im busy.

any ideas what the cause of this could be? :(
