Toyota Starlet Replacing Head Unit

hi, got one of these old toyota starlet's in good condition, and looking to replace the factory fitted head unit with a sony cd player, but cant seem to work out how to remove the oringial... so can anyone point me in the direction of a manual, or give me some quick intrustions?

what year starlet is it mate?

you have to basically remove the centre console but it differs between the 2

The sliding switches to turn ya heat to cold or hot, fans on or off etc, pull the black things off them, then carefully remove the panel wth the pictures on of the fans, etc...behind that is 3 or 4 screws cant remember, undo them, the centre console panel shud then just pull off carefully, then behind that there is 4 screws to the original toyota radio/cassete, and ashtray...

Dunno if that will help ya but its quick from memory of doing mine :)

CAN ANY ONE TELL ME IF I CAN CHANGE MY RADIO IN MY STARLET PLEASE JUST GOT THE CAR AND WANT TO CHANGE THE RADIO SO PLEASE GET BK TO ME AS SOON AS ANY ONE NOS
