i drove a Vectra 2L TDI on an 02 plate for a couple of months, i loved it, for a diesel it could shift very well.

Normally - oh yes I would hope it is faster.......

You seen then Police cars shift though....they can sure move when they need to...nicely modded under the hood and other areas.

I agrree with Gordy - Police cars are tuned up to the proverbials, Vectra or not it'd probably stomp the AV into the ground. Ex police cars are great to buy and the higher mileage ones are great for racing! :P
