Just talking to Pompey Gaz, he is a JAE Virgin.

My favourite JAE is my first back in 2004.

Was a bit of a turning point for me in life, I had just finished a relationship and did the 'naughty' with a very nice girl at work. Jimlad drove down the Thursday before and we started the weekend by going into town.

I hadnt been with TOC for that long but the idea of JAE was enough for me to go, my MR2 was still standard with only 14inch alloys!

There was no Toyota Suite, just alot of good spirit, taquila shots in the water pistol and alot of meat on the BBQ!

The late night banter was welcoming.

Oh and it was about 30 degrees and Jimlad and myself got sunburn from sleeping in the sun!

The pre-JAE night out was good enough!! :)

How many times did you fall backwards off your seat at JAE because of the drinkage?? I had such a headache after that night of drinking! lol.

I also remember eating that bbq meat later on when we were both sozzled and it was all dark! Suprised we didn't die as it had been cooked ages ago!

Good time tho! No reversing into anyone that JAE!

Last year for me was the best, I think more to do with the stand location and that I knew most of you guys alot more then...I like to look at it that way because it means each year gets better and better.

plus a storm, a bin liner, elvis, pink hat, TOW and drinking as soon as awake!

2004 was my first one. only had the sup about a month.

brill time, shame i didnt stay the night tho. really enjoyed the bbq tho.

NO, I remember 2007 was my favourite one by a long shot! thats right...It was great to see Hou ditching the stag do and turning up just in time for the mud wrestling, then the swedish netball team turned up looking for anyone with an F1 village...Great weekend.

2005 i was pretty ill (jj can testify to this) so tried to drink it away friday night which led to not seeing much of sat night!! but was still a good 'un,

Last yr,, Pink pimp, chunky elvis (sorry hou), a scattering of TOC hoes, mucho booze, sheddy old sherpa campervan which we discovered the roof leaked!!!!, storms what more can i say it was total classic lunacy!!!

no contest last year was the best for me,,, but not long to go now to try n beat it this year!

Last year was my 2nd.. and for me the best. 1st year we didn't know anyone really (although were still made really welcome by a great bunch of TOCers) Last year we knew more people and the atmosphere around the whole site was excellent. Looking for it to be even better this year

My first JAE was in 2003.... I drove up in the ****** rain with no roof, and didn;t know anyone as I had been on TOC less then a week!

So hard to chose a favourite year.. there have been excellent memories from all of them.

1st one was in 2003 - just great meeting loads of new (lovely) people

Funniest ones I guess have to be '04 - the year of the 'hot sauce competition' and sitting drinking until it was light, then thinking mmmm better go get some sleep & '05 driving round the site in Rhaines' 5 with Wildrnes in the boot

Can't wait for this year its going to be sooooo good

2001 was the best for me as it was my first JAE .

2004 was my 1st with TOC, loved it great laugh esp Les & Ians BBQ

the meat on the BBQ was huge and the BBQs legs buckled

Other clubs could see our smoke for miles :P

This is my third JAE.... I enjoyed last year but not as much as I probably should have and the year before I got ill with all the drink and stumbled back to the hotel early!

I think this year will supersede all years!

But 2006 was the best out of the two....

we went into the hotel bar and you said i'll see you soon

You never came back down the stairs , and we did not even see you the next morning at breakfast

I think I just collapsed into bed, threw up a bit (in the toilet, not the bed!) and that was that!

And surprise surprise, I've just ordered a couple of bottles of flavoured vodka for this year.... I might as well just sit next to the toilets all night! LOL!

And I remember my muddy shoes dirtying your Yaris Kimi and you were less than impressed! lol In fact you havent given me a lift anywhere since!

2004 (me in the photo looking dodgy with a !Removed! on!!) Met jappy ,Jim.Jaxx, Ken (legend) and Gidd aka Les!!! and Rhaines (best chap ever)

They looked after me as I was quite new and it was fun go karting like madmen , the bbq was just massive and Les doing brekkie the next day on it was superb. Still cant beleive how much beer was left when we went lol 2 bin bags full!!!!

2004 was my fav too, I was seriously battered, saying that I was in a right old tangle in 2005 but can't remember most of it :D

Just can't believe it was 3 years ago, feels like it was about 2 weeks ago :o

The last year at Billing was my fave...............and the only time I've actually turned up in a Toyota !
