Definitely tomato ketchup with sausages, one of my fav dishes is toad in the hole with loads of ketchup! Not a salad cream fan - more of a Mayo fan, especially on a basket of freshly cooked pub chips.

cheese and ham toastie with a dollop of salad cream/mayo, red sauce, and branston pickle on the side of the plate, and then just dip onto whatever sauce you want before taking a bite!! problem solved!
