Celica Seats Fit Into Corolla Sr

Hi,

New to the forum, have just bought a Corolla 2.0 D4D SR (56) and am finding the seats extremely uncomfortable. I love everything else about the car but am not enjoying driving it due to seats giving me back problems.

I'm thinking of fitting new seats, will the new shape Celica seats fit or does anyone have any other suggestions?

I think pretty much any seat will fit in any car if you are willing to spend the time fabricating seat brackets.

I took mk3 supra black leather seats, welded on the mounts from my MK2 seats. Only took an hour or so. Bobs your uncle :) Anything can fit anything with time and patience :)

I know my other car is a Scooby! That's the problem I've got! Every day car (corolla) not comfy at all

People tell me that my Mk2 Mr2 cloth seats are the most comfy they have been in, shame about the stiff ride!

I don't find the Corolla seats a problem. They are comfy enough for long journeys for me.
