Im looking for a celeb lookalike photo but I dont have a name for it

its a life size puppet (a man in a plastic rugby ball shaped head), it has black flat hair(might be painted on) he wears a black suit, very big eyes and was last saw on TV in the 90's

I know the description is verfy vague(sp) but I really need the pic, I think he has also been on the this morning show once
