Speedo Cluster Not Working

Small story ...

One saturday night I started the car, and the speedo cluster (rev meter, mph meter and temp gauge meter) were not working, However the petrol gague was working ok.

So i took the dash apart, and noticed that the speedo had a small burn mark to the back of the PCB. So I went to the scrappers and bought a entire cluster (temp gauge, rev meter mph meter and petrol gauge). so i replaced the orginal one with this.

Started the car, and it was all working fine.

- So today I start the car and same problem as before :( this time no burn marks on PCB, so i am not sure whats going on. :(

Any ideas PLEASE>
