Knock Or Click When Starting Off

Since i'm on a roll with posting tonight i thought i'd share some information for anyone who may not know.

You may notice a slight knock or click as you start off on your journey from cold. It normally kicks in after a few seconds. This happens on my T180 so not sure if it effects other models. However, this is just the ABS pump charging up. It also happens if you stamp on the brakes really hard ABS kicks in and then you start off again. Its the ABS charging back up after being used.

If its the noise i think you are talking about it will be the ABS self checking.

Hello guys I'm not sure why it happens but it is reported in the User Manual. According to them it is related with the VSC system. If that is the case not all Auris should have such noise.
