I wonder if anyone knows where I can get the Back, rear seats leather or fabric of a 2001 RAV4

That's something you'll have to ask the seller, because it doesn't make it clear if they are from a late 4.1 RAV or an early 4.2 RAV. And to be honest I can't tell from the photo's, you would be better placed to answer that question.

I take it, you are driving a 4.2 RAV (Mk 2 RAV in other words), in which case if they are from a 4.1 they might not fit. But I have seen other 4.2's for breaking on eBay recently, it might be worth checking them out as well.
