Ive located an empty skip on a side street

am I allowed to dump an unuseable TV in there or would that be classed as fly-tipping, Im not sure about who hired the skip

If you did not hire the skip then you should not put your rubbish in it.

Take your unuseable TV to your local council recycling centre.

That would be like you hiring a skip and someone throwing there rubbish in allowing you to have less room in the skip and ****** off that someone would do it
