Lowering Springs

I going to be getting some Eibachs soon & probably getting them sent to my house now rather than getting them fitted at same time due to some things come up so wont have the time......so question is it is best to get them fitted at a place that deals with aftermarket/performance items like say Elite in Essex or can a reputable garage fit them easily or even a tyre place ? as garages often speicalise in OEM items rather than custom/aftermarket upgrades so some place may not know much about performnce parts. Another reason i ask is years ago a tyre/suspension place wasnt keen on fitting my springs i bought as they say they usually fit springs & shocks together & not really heard of people just buying lowered springs & after it was fitted it caused knocking noises!!!! :o so idea of going to a tyre place doesnt interest me.....& only other places i went to get car lowered in the past was Elite(that specialise in performance parts) & a body repair shop but not been to a car garage before so dont know what their views/experience would be......

So where do you go to get them fitted ?? i not keen on doing this myself tho, i do lot of things myself but not this!!

DIY them :) There is no black art to lowering springs, you remove the old and fit the new.
