Hello

I have a Yaris 2 D4D. Tonight i was replaing headlight bulbs for brighter ones. Passenger side was a bit of a cnut to get at... so unplugged and removed the top of the air filter to help access. Now the yellow malfunction warning light is illuminated. I presume that this is because I have messed around with it and just needs reset....can anyone confirm this. ?

Thanks

Alan

either that or you didn't put something back properly.

Just taking the top off the airbox, or even removing the whole airbox, as long as it goes back properly nothing should need to be reset.

check your wires, your connections and check nothing has moved and everything is secure.

If it doesn't go off, disconnect your Battery for half an hour and reconnect.

If it comes back on you've done something.

Hi there

Thanks for replying.

Took the car out this morning and light went out after a minute and hasn't come back on!?. Good news!

Maybe the lid of the airbox wasn't seated properly?

Thanks again

Alan
