Help I Broken My Rear Seats.....

Hi all i put a similar pst up in t-sport section but i REALLY need help, basically i had removed my rear seats and today on trying to refit them i had the "mounting bracket" thingy at the front the wrong way round and the seats clicked into the floor, now for some silly reason the seat wont release to tilt forward, unless they are slid all the way forward, not a problem usually but i have a big metal bracket in the way now stopping them..

can somebody please help......
