Changing Front/rear Brake Discs

Hi,

I have a 2002 Corolla 1.6 T.Spirit and need to replace both front and rear discs. I can change the front/rear pads fine, but not done discs yet. Would be grateful if someone can give me a guide on what I need to-do.
