Looking at getting new setup soon(ish) and unknown which way to go between the 2 Mobos/CPU's:-

Intel Setup:-

There isnt really any difference between an Intel chip and an AMD chip. Technically i suppose the Intel's are better, or at least the salesman from intel would tell you that. But in reality you cant tell the two apart performance wise.

yeah..there's really not much difference between intel and amd...

it's just that intel upgrades/updates their product line faster than AMD.

AMD all the way, more power per pound, intel overcharge

Have you seen the price of some of the amd chips these days? Intel are no longer massively expensive compared to AMD. One other note to make is that the Intel chip you chose has twice the L2 cache as the AMD so I'd plump for the intel setup.
