can I use a digital UHF ariel from a house on a car headunit to pick up FM signals

all connected up now and I can get FM signals

cant take the volume past 20 because the sub distorts as it is overloading the 80W PSU and if its on full it trips the PSU

there is one thing that I've noticed, there is a faint whistling nosie on some of the stations
