Anybody Know Anything About Travel Insurance?

I'm going to Norway tomorrow until Friday & it's just dawned on me that I haven't got any travel insurance so I'm going to need to get some. On previous trips I've just had a quick look on the internet & gone with the cheapest version but I'm starting to think that it might be a 'get what you pay for' situation & I don't want to pay £3-4 for something that's of no use when paying a couple of quid extra could give me proper cover

Is it pretty much all the same so I should just go with the cheapest or is there anything I should look out for? The 1 I'm looking at now is £3.64 but has a load of excesses for different things, is that because it's cheap & nasty when a different place would not have those?

I could really do with getting this done in the next couple of hours so any advice would be very much appreciated

We always use the cheapest we find when searching moneysupermarket or similiar.

You can see on the table what is included and some may not include very much baggage allowance so do take this into account if you are going to take your car in your baggage or similar!

Haven't ever needed to claim though so I'm afraid I can't comment on how they are if you actually need them.

Just make sure you have good insurance. Its not the losing of posessions that counts its the health cover - believe me. I had a brain haemorage whilst on hols n had to be brought back by medi-flight, boy did we need the insurance to pay for hospital n flights etc!!!! You never know when its gonna hit you :o
