Change the filter?

I think Parts King has some stuff to kill the bacteria that cause the smell.

my air con stinks when i put it on, any idea how to get rid of the smell ??

hi i recently wrote in with exact same problem! suggestions were to change pollen filter,de-sanitise etc etc but this was all done at the toyota garage and next time it rained it stank again! i think it could be from lack of usage as has been suggested in forum so i gonna take this advice and see if it helps-sorry i can't be much help-let me know if you find a solution as it makes my wife feel sick whenever we turn the air-con on-maybe it is a trait of the older t sports! some air fresheners are better than others but the 'airwick' i just bought has improved matters considerably but is not a permanent solution. regards, ardbrand

I had that problem before! Stinks like a damp cloth been around for weeks!

I brought this Chav-fords and cleaned the system out and its back to normal now.
