Really Disappointed

But with the local Toyota dealer here, i heard some people are with the service of toyota never thought i say i be one of them tbh since my family been happy in the past with toyota service & thought was all gd!

Anyway bought a 'facelift TS' brake pipe(only 'easy way to get a strut bar to fit) from a toyota lexus specialist garage but thought im getting a new remote key pad from toyota so may as well ask them to fit the pipe for me for convenience of getting few things done at once, got the key sorted but that brake pipe they refused saying my chassis no dont match the facelift brake pipe, told them situation but still they been unreasonable about it & saying they never fit or supply me any parts unless it matches the chassis no fo my car so if i wanted any parts like side skirts or anything from a facelift TS nope they wouldnt help me! i dont mind if they refused to fit the part but it took them all day to tell me that as my mum dropped the car off for me as i had work this morning & they said i didnt leave them a mobile no which I DID !i even saw them writing it down & typing it into computer!!! they did get the key pad sorted for me though so the local Toyota dealers are useful for something i guess :lol: not that they called me to say its been done i had to leave work little early to go straight there to find out regaridng the brake pipe & the key pad, this toyota dealer is in Essex gonna write a review about them not saying which one & probably not gonna be a gd review! there loss parts kings gain as i be buying any parts from him i need & already booked the car into the local toyota / lexus specialist for that brake pipe to be fitted, this certain Essex toyota dealer never going back there again! i hope not all toyota dealers are like this

As i said is not that because they refused to fit it, it took them all day to tell me they wouldnt & how they spoke to me about it & more less called me a liar & not getting back to me not to mention wasting me time :rolleyes: :angry: :bash: :gun_bandana: :gunsmilie: :mad2: !
