Changing Headunit Question On Gen 7

Hi, I have a pre-facelift Celica 7th gen and tonight was trying to replace the stock head unit (double din) with a Becker (single din) however after taking the dash apart and removing the old headunit i realised that the supplied brackets wouldn't hold my new unit in place (new unit uses clips where as the old unit was screwed in). I'm a bit of a newbie in terms of headunit installs so would someone be able to tell me what i need? I've tried searching for mounting brackets but have had no luck.

thanks,

Hi if you look here

You will see a tutorial of how I replaced mine.

Bottom line is simply remove the sleeve from the new unit and any screwed in brackets for the sleeve. Then simply screw in the factory brackets to the side.

(You will need a fascia to fill in the hole if its only a single DIN unit.)

Thanks.
