Camry Slow Pick Up

I have a 97 camry V4

Lately I am seeing some pick up issues when I drive, its from 0km to 70 km/h speeds

After reaching 80Km/h in 5th gear its driving ok..but from 0 to 70km/h in 1st to 4th gears I don't see much pick up...I see the rpm goes to 2 to 3 when i press the gas...it gets to the speed but in time...

Is this due to bad clutch or needs an engine tune up or needs plug replacment?

you could try looking at the mass air flow sensor
