A question for computer experts/techs i got a Dell Inspiron lap top which is pretty old 2003 yeah yeah i know!!lol which i dont connect to the internet very often unless i need to but is there a way of cleaning out the inside where the fans are or should i take it to a computer tech for a fee if there anything they can do? as few yrs ago it kept cutting out due to overheating frpm the computer fan being clogged with dust/dirt & same time the computer speed got slower especially when using the net so i bought a cooling stand (operated by 2 fans) which to this day solved the problem but the computer speed is still slow so is there a way to make the computer speed fast as before or atleast slightly faster ?

Thanks if any can help
