rite peeps, just found out why my dipped goes out when my main beam is on, i thought it looked a bit odd but now i know why!!

its becuase my car headlights has been converted from H4 to H7, my car originally came with H4 set up but it has been converted to H7 by splitting the wire! this was done in order to make a set of tureno headlight work on my levin! now is there anyway of retrofitting them so i can make it work for my car?? or is it ditch and change time?

cheers

I thought this was some kind of chess question

Anyway can you just remove the split in the wire? If not can you not use a cross feed from the main beam to feed the dipped beam through a realy?
