17" Offset

Quick question -

If I buy some 17" 17x7J ET50 alloys for my Auris (came off a lexus) - will they fit without the need for any modifications?

Any advice appreciated as I can never figure out this whole offset thing

Look at this picture

I am pretty sure they will work since OEM offsett is 45mm, the difference is that your rims will be located 5mm inwards compared to OEM.
