Maybe try some of the scrappys? have ye tried Parts gateway or any of the Jap car scrap merchants - I found some thru the Exchange n mart; or some of the Jap car specialist magazines.

I've never used a spare wheel cover, but number 2 RAV which I bought this year has a spare on the back uncovered - a Dunlop original probably, and the tyre is perished and beyond use. Its a 94 car so I'm not surprised, but just shows what effect the sun has on rubber.
