Rally Yaris Project

This will be somekind of a project topic that will be updated whenever anything gets done.

So, I have found suitable base car for my rally Yaris project. It is 2001 model with 5 doors (not the first model that gets in mind when choosing "sporty" car )

I will be getting it next monday, I hope.

It is slightly damaged (hit deer or moose or something like that) But that is just cosmetic, mechanically it should be ok.

Now if someone is handy with some photoshopping program, would do a "will be" picture for me I would be very happy. Things needed: white 2001 Yaris 5d, 15" compomotive MO5 wheels, little rear spoiler and stripes like in that Toyota super 2000 rally car :P

Ok. Car has arrived to the workshop, and disassembling has begun. Those crash damages were smaller than i thought, which was nice..

Seats, interior panels and carpeting has gone, next on the list is the dashboard. And after that we start planning the rollgage.

Ace, I've always thought a White TSport with white alloys would look really nice. Not sure about the 5 doors though, but time will tell! Best of luck.

Well, as my friend put it, "It`s easier to replace a door than whole rear guarter when you hit that tree sideways.. "

But it is true, not the "rallyest" version of that model, but theres not that much 2 door evos or impezas hanging around either.. B)

Fair enough, I'm sure you can still get it looking ace. Haven't seen any other white TS's about ever I don't think, so should be unique!

Yeah, I hope that too, I was searching for a two door model, but this came for a sale, and I just grabbed it. You dont get a T-Sport everyday for a half price.. ;)
