Yaris D4d Engine Management Issues

Well I took my Yari to Mr T on Tuesday for them to replace the Air Recurculation Valve (in the engine?) as the Engine Management light had come on, I left and went on my way...

On wendesday I went to pick her up, and they said "we've replaced the Engine Management System, as it had a fault, Toyota GB have told us that it will solve the issue, and there are quite a few with the same problem"....

Anybody else suffered with this problem?
