Hi,

Im looking for a small diesel as im looking to change jobs and it will mean a rush hour commute...not ideal in my GTI.

I like the look of the yaris but have a few questions about the sat-nav...

1- Can I subscribe to tomtom traffic?

2- Can I upload the pocket GPS speed camera database on it?

3-I f i buy a larger SD card and transfer the tomtom files over, can I also add mp2 files?

4 -Does the tomtom screen also double up as the screen for the radio (to display station info, mp3 and cd track info?)

5- Does the tomtoms sound come through its own speaker, or does it come through the cars Speakers?

6- Anyone have a video of it in operation? (I have only forund a limited bit on youtube

)

7- How does the call quality sound over bluetooth?

Also a few general yaris questions...

8-What MPG do you get in the diesel in stop-start traffic, and what about a steady 60 on the motorway (Does the yaris have a trip and fuel computer?)

9- Can cruise control be fitted?

10-What are the service intervals, and rough idea of costs?

Thanks for any help and answeres, I would rather trust actual users opinions than ask dealers

Cheers, Paul.

The answer to 1 and 2 are "No" and "Yes"

You can subscribe to the TOMTOM traffic service.

Have you subscribed? When I try it says it's not supported. The only thing I can download from TomTom is the weekly updates for the satellite positions and thats after updating my TomTom Home to version 2.2

Hi,

Sorry, no I haven't subscribed, I was just going off the information in the instruction book which says you can subscribe. I didn't know there was problems when you actually tried to subscribe! :D
