Cold And Unhappy!

Hi everyone

Well today I'm not a happy bunny :cacker: It all started last night when my wife Lorraine said that she could smell gas :o So i got on the phone and called transco. They came out in a hour.

They turned the gas off and shut the boiler down. Great no hot water and heat in the morning :censor: Lucky I'm off work till Friday but Lorraine had to go to work. I rang British gas which i have got a contract cover with them.

8 Am today i got in contact with them and they said that they would be out between 8am and 6pm  By now the house was bloody cold and i couldn't even light the cooker to keep warm and down came the snow!!!!! :censor:

8 hours later they turn up. There i was cold as hell and really :censor: off  Engineer tested the boiler for about 5 minutes and said that he couldn't find the leak. So he turned back on the gas. He told me that the boiler must have just blowen out and that i should keep a eye on it.

Huh i pay £20 a month for this 3 star contract and all they can do is say keep a eye on it. The whole house stunk of bloody gas and he say's keep a eye on it :help: Now all i get is a rotting egg smell now

So guy's if I'm not around you know why :help::help::help:

I'll never touch British Gas ever again if I can help it.

I used to have a (Gas)tank in the back yard. When I moved in I told BG that I didn't want it filling as I wanted to get rid of it. About 3 months later they filled hte damn thing up! £400 worth of gas I didn't want. Was a total pain in the ***** to sort out, after the poor service I received as a result I will never use them again.

If you want my advice go with someone else for your Gas & Leccy.

Up till now I've been really happy with British gas. They have come out every time on time before. And the one time i really needed them to come out at a reasonable time they let me down :crybaby:

I dont know perhaps in the new year i might shop about for a new supplier??
