Front Skirt Help

Hi all,

I've got an 02 T sport which came to me lowered with a front skirt added which over the last 3 years I've managed to scuff and damage over sleeping policemen and in multi-stories. I've decided to take it off but never saw the car without it. I think there is supposed to be a slim black skirt under the front trim which the skirt replaced. Does anyone know what it's called/or its part number and does anyone have a pic of the front of their pre-facelife car so I can get an idea of what part I'm looking for..

Thanks,

Mark

I have one for sale its the original bumper kind of skirt for all the models aparts from the SR and facelift t sports.

Let me know if your require it as i put a lip on my car and mine is just sitting there.

It is in fairly good condition aparts from some marks under it but you cannot see them unless you are under the car.

If not why not go for an SR lip its smaller and i think Smoftah was selling one.

If not letme know as i have one spare and can put it up on eBay for you.

Just had a quick look on my front skirt 02 -

Only numbers I could find were on the inside of the trim-

76852 - 02020

LH

and...

>PP+E/P-10<

It looks like its attached fairly simply with a couple of nuts on the underside. Dont know if those numbers mean anything to you?

Would an SR front lip need to be painted to match the car - what colour is the one you have please; does it just bolt on easily to a t-sport? Also where are you?!! Thanks,

Mark

I took my front TTE spoiler off for the same reason, luckily I also had the original trims. I got them painted to match the bodywork. See pics on thread below:

The trims come in two pieces and both have 3 bolts each on the underside. Very easy to remove/fit 10 min job, although as mine is lowered (and so is yours) you might want to jack up the front so it is easier to get under
