I know someone from another Jap Car forum and he is running an Approx 250bhp at the fly in a stripped out Civic Type-R and he hit 14.5, but he was running into a head wind

It was reckoned that it would've been around 13.9-14 flat if there was no wind (it was something like 45mph gusts :rolleyes: )

so 14.8 is a very good time
