ok now all is clear.

the possible reasons:

- injection timing;

- fuel valves solenoids control signal delay/or wise versa;

- poor injection;

- fine fuel filter clogging.

when diesel is poured but not injected the engine works harder but at the same time it maintains designed rpm.

check with the above remedies first & advise the result.

good luck/Igor

fuel filter can be changed by you -- but be sure that you will escape an air from the system thru special screw located on the lid (it's easy to locate it)+ pay attention to prevent destroy of all rubber O-rings when assembled. each destroyed O-ring is a source of air sucting into th efuel system.

all others must be checked by reliable garage.

please alert once all have been rectified + state the result.

good luck/Igor

igor ,

have changed the filter which hasnt made much difference.

the vibration comes and goes.

clutch is now slipping and after a little serching it appears if the duel mass flywheel starts to give out it gives the vibrations i have been seeing.wonder if they are connected

cheers

Hi Rob V

Before a flywheel dismantling -- you'd better check the injectors.

I've heard that dual mass flywheel is common problem but it takes a lot of time to rectify.

I'd start from injectors.

ANy other opinions here???

Cheers/Igor
