Was at Goodwood Festival of Speed at the weekend and saw a Corolla WRC. Took a couple of pics and vid.

Thought you might like to see it as it was such a successful car.

There were lots of people about so these are the best pics I could manage.

well having gone as far as i can with the 4A-FE i've been putting a 3S-GTE in the front of my rolla.

Awesome! Like the look of your project, you must be insane!

Without meaning to sound stupid, I assume the codes (4A-FE and 3S-GTE) you mentioned are engine codes? I'm still new to this so what are they?

ah yes, well the 4A-FE is the standard 1.6l engine found in the later e10 and e11 series

the 3S-GTE is the 2 litre turbo found in mr2 turbo's and GT4's

however IIRC it was the 503 engine that is in the WRC, basically the same as the 3Sgte but with a few changes
