Cleaning Headlights

Hi

Recently i changed my headlight bulbs, and since then have noticed lots of deep scratches on the actual plastic of the headlight.

Is there any polish etc that i cud get to clean it up? Something like T-Cut ( i think) but for the clear plastic?

Meguairs Scratch-X is good for headlamps but if they are deep scratches you wont be able to fix them unless you buy another lamp.

The passenger headlight has a couple of deep-ish scratches, but the other light only has a few faint ones, so it should be ok.

Is it a liquid or a waxy/paste type? :P never used that before lol..
