Hello I have a 2001 Yaris SR and a few outstanding jobs to do, one of them is to check/swap a defective washer motor...can anyone tell me a easy way of removing the washer motor, do I remove the headlight or get access from the inner wing? Thanks

Just for anyone else who needs to swap washer motor...done it today

remove 2 inner screws from the bottom front and middle top of drivers side plastic inner wing 10mm bolt/screws.

gently pull apart about the plastic inner wing from the edge of the wheel arch about 3 inches

then this gives you access to gently pull and remove the washer motor and water jet pipework.

hope this helps someone.

Thanks for posting this. :( you saved me a lot of head scratching

I spent 1/2 hour trying to figure out how to get the headlight out so I could get to the washer motor.

How stupid can a designer be that you have to remove the bumper etc to remove the headlight :(

Cheers Jim
