Servicing Costs

OK probably a bit early in my Yaris owning life to be asking this, but what are average dealer service prices for a Yaris Diesel?

I'm asking as my dealer has offered me a service plan for £550ish which will cover the first 3 years services, is this a good price? As, as I understand it 1st and 3rd year service is pretty much just an oil change not sure what the 2nd year service involves though. But 550 for 2 oil changes and a service sounds a little much to me.

No one got anything to say?? Some of you must have had a new shape Yaris diesel serviced at a dealer? What did you pay, that'll at least give me a rough idea of the prices involved.

dont know how much more a diesel service is to a petrol (if there is much of a difference) but sounds like a rip off to me. i wouldnt touch a dealer service with a barg pole. the prices are crazy compaired to private garages .aslong as it gets serviced with toyota parts imo theres no need to waste your money on a dealer service.they offered me a 3 year direct debit service plan before i even signed for the car. i guess pl are wising up and they are struggling to get ppl to use them for services
