Help! Doorcard Removal On 2004 Avensis

Basically a silly man in a van smashed my drivers side mirror off. I have sourced a replacement.

I assume the doorcard must be removed to unbolt the mirror? After having a quick look i could see nowhere obvious to unscrew it from. Does it just pop off?

If drivers side pop out fuel cap release button, then if you look up through hole at a slight angle you will see fixing bolt-remove. Screw near electric window switch pack ? The door card is then located via a ring of push in plastic clips, use broad screwdriver ( thin s/driver will cut into card) to pop off card unless you have proper tool for job.
