well the story so far, i've emailed them a few days ago and no answer despite their statement that they pride themselves on fast response time and promise to get back to you on the same day. well it has been several days now and nothing. so i thought i give them a call, got through, had a chat with the chap there and he said he'll give me a ring back before the end of the day once hes checked the diary. and nothing, and that was a few days ago as well. so im not gonna hold my breath now, quite poor to be honest! think i'll try somewhere else....
