Hi guys!

Took the advice and followed those great instructions that I got and I was AMAZED at being able to find the sensor AND remove and clean it!Alas the engine warning light is still on.Do you think I should disconnect the Battery to clear the computer or just bite the bullet and get the air flow meter replaced -cost me 200 quid though?

it's a bit of an expense if you're not dead sure that it's faulty though.

Do you know anyone else with a similar car that will 'loan' you their sensor for 10 minutes to see if the fault code clears?

It would be a bit of a sickener if a new one left you in the same position
