The handbrake operates on a pair of brakeshoes inside the rear disc. (drum-in-disc)

The adjuster is accessed via a hole in the disc inbetween the wheel mounting bolts (wheel needs to be removed)

This actually shows changing the discs but you can sift out the relevant info for the adjustment.
