Celica Gt Clutch Cost

New to forums so bear with me here. Own a 1991 st182 celica gt uk spec. Got a quote from toyota main dealer for a new clutch. They reckon about £650 supply and fit. Been quoted from another respectable garage £390 which is an adl clutch and 4.5hour job. Is this about right or am I getting ripped off? Am located south east london area.

It's up to you but £400 is a fair price so I would be wary of anyone too cheap. I wouldn't touch any fast fit places.
